Steps
First, open the skin pores: If you can’t take a bath with steam or other methods to steam your body. The steam will help to open the pores that are clogged and prepare your skin for a further treatment. New moms use this technique to relax their bodies during the post-natal period.
Exfoliation Lie on the massage table with your back facing downwards. A scrub is applied to your feet, back, arms and legs based on your type of skin. The other side of your body will also be exfoliated.
Shower Bath : Use a warm, damp towel or a shower to remove the scrub granules. Add some of your favorite soap to the exfoliating glove. Continue to work from the toes up to your fingers. Repeat the process. After showering, gently rub the pumice stones along your heels. Also, lightly brush along the ball of your feet to soften and remove any calluses.
Oil massage: Massage the body with essential oils such as olive oil or lavender oil, depending on your skin type. This will moisturize and condition your skin, leaving you feeling relaxed and refreshed.
Body Polishing will leave your skin feeling energized, but if you have a fever or any other skin-related disease, it is best to avoid this treatment. This treatment should not be used if you are sunburned.
